Excel is unable to evaluate a worksheet formula or function

Explanation

An error value such as #REF! , #NULL! ,#DIV/0! will be displayed in the cell where the formula is located. The Excel will display a small green triangle in the upper left corner of cell containing the error value to indicate that the cell’s content violates an Excel error checking rules.
