Usually in young aged children its very challenging to know or describe the causes of a seizure but other than the young ages being the task the way the nurse should go about explain causes of seizures is explain the age, what the patient might haven eaten, any sign's of fevers or any allergies the nurses should be aware of. Stop the seizing as fast as possible and then run test to find out the direct cause
