Sierra is baking a cake. The recipe tells her to use 1 2/3cups of sugar for the cake and 2 1/3 cups of sugar for the icing. Sierra tells her mom that she needs 5 cups of sugar to make the cupcakes. Is she correct?

Answer:

I think she only needs 4 cups cuz u add 2/3 and 1/3 which is 1 and then add 1 and 2
