Answer:  x-9y = -45

Work Shown:

[tex]y = \frac{1}{9}x+5\\\\9y = x+45\\\\9y-45 = x\\\\-45 = x-9y\\\\x-9y = -45\\\\[/tex]

The last equation is in the form Ax+By = C where A = 1, B = -9, C = -45
