Kellogg-Briand Pact which is also known as Pact of Paris was multiparty pact endeavoring to end war as an instrument of national policy. It was the most important of a progression of peacekeeping endeavors after World War I. The settlement's inability to build up methods for authorization rendered the pact totally ineffectual.
